What does the documentary say about the differences in American and Chinese work culture and expectations?

The documentary shows big differences between the Chinese and American workers. The experienced Chinese workers that are overseeing the Americans get annoyed by how slowly they work and the fact that they talk on the job. One of the Chinese works stated that: “They have fat fingers”. And I think he was hinting towards that the Americans are working slowly because they have fat fingers. To sum up, the documentary shows how different work ethics are, and how different work culture and expectations are for the different ethnicities.
